At G.H.BASS, we take pride in our heritage of quality craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and shoe boxes, to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed to your original payment method.
